El próximo 10 de octubre Miguel Ángel Gimeno, creativo del Servicio de Innovación y Producción Digital y programador cultural de MEDIALAB USAL, dará a conocer Arduino  dentro del ciclo MEDIALAB Presenta.

 Arduino es una plataforma hardware de código abierto creada por <a href="http://david.cuartielles.com/b/about/">David Cuartielles</a>, junto a Massimo Banzi (director del Physical Computing Laboratory)  Dave Mellis (diplomado en el MIT).

 Esta placa, Ardunio, se utiliza  actualmente con mucha frecuencia en el ámbito artístico para el desarrollo de instalaciones. Creada e open source,  permite a cualquier persona tener acceso a las tres componentes de la creación: el circuito electrónico, el software para programarlo y los módulos educativos para aprender a utilizarlo.

 Miguel Ángel Gimeno dará a conocer los orígenes de esta placa, su funcionamiento y sus aplicaciones en elarte digital.
